The Mission of the Young Leaders Council is to train diverse, committed http://binomo-in.id/promo-code individuals to effectively participate on the boards of nonprofit organizations and make a difference in the community by replenishing the volunteer leadership base.
The YLC consists of a eleven-session training program, addressing fundamental board skills, followed by a year-long internship on the board of a community nonprofit agency as a nonvoting member. There are two training sessions held each year in the Spring and the Fall with approximately 35-40 participants in each class from companies all over Middle Tennessee.
Participants come from a broad range of corporate, civic and volunteer backgrounds. They may be nominated by YLC alumni or staff, their company, or may be self-nominated with management's recommendation binomo-in.id/promo-code.
Several Nashville Nonprofits are currently seeking board members.
